Rojelio “Ro” Rubio is a nationally respected marketing executive, MBA, and tribal leader with nearly two decades of experience in the casino and hospitality industries. As a proud member of the Yavapai-Apache Nation, Ro has long championed economic growth, operational excellence, and leadership development across Indian Country.

He made history as one of the youngest Native American General Managers in the U.S. gaming industry when he was promoted to lead Cliff Castle Casino Hotel. Today, Ro leads Ro Marketing & Consulting Agency — one of the only fully tribally owned and operated consulting firms focused exclusively on gaming, hospitality, and culturally aligned marketing strategy.
